Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains when an order qualifies for a refund and how the process works. It applies to all payment methods we support, including card/PayPal payments and manually submitted payments (Wise, Skrill, RedotPay).

Before processing starts

If you cancel before we've begun preparing or translating your documents, you're eligible for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible after payment if you need to cancel.

After processing has started

Once our team or translation workflow has begun work on your order, we may only be able to offer a partial refund reflecting the portion of work not yet completed, at our discretion. Once an order is fully completed and delivered, it is not eligible for a refund except where required by law or where we determine the delivered work materially failed to meet the service as described.

Quality issues

If you believe a delivered document or translation contains a material error attributable to our work, contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. We'll review the issue and, where warranted, correct the work or issue a partial or full refund.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are always reviewed and approved by our team — there is no automatic self-service refund button, since refund eligibility depends on how much work has already been done. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where technically possible; for manually submitted payments, we'll coordinate the refund method with you directly. Processing times depend on your payment provider and are typically outside our control once initiated.
