# Attorney Review Checklist

*PatentJuris Checklist — this is a PatentJuris-created working document
and is not an official form of any patent office. Intended as a review
aid for the attorney/agent handling final sign-off before filing.*

## Specification

- [ ] Background section doesn't inadvertently admit prior art broader
      than intended.
- [ ] Detailed description supports every claim element (no claim term
lacks antecedent basis in the specification).
- [ ] At least one full worked embodiment is described in enough detail
      to satisfy enablement.

## Claims

- [ ] Claim 1 scope matches the actual inventive contribution — not
broader than what's disclosed, not narrower than necessary.
- [ ] Claim terminology is consistent with the specification throughout.
- [ ] Dependent claim chain is logically ordered and each adds a distinct
      limitation.
- [ ] No claim contains an obvious antecedent-basis or numbering error.

## Drawings

- [ ] Every claimed feature that can be shown is shown.
- [ ] Reference numerals are consistent across all figures.

## Filing package

- [ ] Inventor and applicant details match across every form.
- [ ] Priority claim details (if any) are accurate and complete.
- [ ] Required official forms for the target office are all present and
      correctly completed.
- [ ] Translation (if required) has been reviewed for technical accuracy,
      not just fluency.
